How to custom party supplies?

How to place an order?

First please contact us by email or SNS, we can within 8 hours, then let us know what product do you need( the model number, or the details of the custom product). After confirm the specification of the product you need, the PI will be sent. Once you done the payment, we will arrange to ship the goods.

About the price ?

We can design and make different level products refer to your price.

About the sample ?

If the products you ask has in stock, we can send you the free sample, but the freight charge should be paid by yourself. If the samples you ask need to be customized, you should take the sample and freight fee. (Sample fee will be returned after order).

What is the OEM service?

1. Confirm the details of product first(such as artwork, the quantity and the price).

2. Making the sample for review first, and sample usually will be finished and sent within 3-7 days.

3. After confirm the samples, if everything is ok, we will start mass production; If here is problem, we can discuss again or make new sample for ref., until everything is no problem.

4. Confirm the details of product again.( the packing details, the delivery time and others).

5. Confirm the shipment detail of produces and ship the cargo after inspection.

6. When customer received all the products and confirm, if everything is good, welcome next cooperation, if here meet any problem, we can discuss and try to resolve it.

Can you make package?

We can do the packing as your design, also can show you our suitable packing design if you don’t have, there is no design charge.
