you find the samples sent to you are worth buying, you proceed to ask the
company to produce the amount needed. If the products in the process omit
important features you would wish included you can raise the concern to the
company through their customer care. The company should send a specification
file about the product for you to verify before finally purchasing the product.
In occasions that the company produces consistently faulty products keep asking
samples till you find the item that matches your desire. No more than freight
fee should be paid for samples.

Cargo received:
On
receiving the cargo, first check the quality against the manufacturers’ quality
claim and the samples’ quality. If the items do not match any of the criterion

3. Delivery time entirely
depends on the delivery procedure you use, if you choose customs products,
delivery may take a bit longer.
4. Quality of the products
delivered may defer from the sample’s quality. This is because mass production
give much chance to defective products. Never the less, some company seldom
produce defective products. Responsive companies will not charge for the
defective items and instead will replace them while picking up the defective
products.
5. Packaging may arrive
torn or in bad shape, you should therefore, handle the products safely to avoid
any damage since no company takes responsibility due to damages caused by poor
handling.
